Who operates this website
This prelaunch website and waitlist are operated by Carrington Mcdaniel in North Florida, United States. “Veracio,” “we,” and “us” refer to that prelaunch project. No separate operating company is stated in these Terms.
Prelaunch website
The website previews a private rental-property research and underwriting workspace. Public product access, pricing, launch timing, markets, and features may change and are not promised. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account, guarantee access, reserve pricing, or create a paid subscription.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful evaluation of the project and may submit only an email address you control. Do not interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security controls, submit automated or abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use site content to violate another person’s rights.
Illustrative information
Examples, scores, rents, financing scenarios, maps, and cash-flow estimates are illustrative screening tools. They are not appraisals, inspections, legal, tax, lending, or investment advice and do not guarantee property availability, financing, income, appreciation, profitability, or any other result. Verify source facts and assumptions with qualified professionals before acting.
Waitlist communication
Submitting the form asks us to store your email for waitlist and launch communication. A successful response may also mean that the same normalized address was already recorded; the public form does not reveal which case occurred. Joining does not enroll you in unrelated advertising audiences.
Site content
The site design, original text, illustrations, and software are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may view the site for personal evaluation, but may not copy or republish substantial portions as your own product or remove notices identifying sources or limitations.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue this preview or waitlist. We may revise these Terms as the product and its actual practices develop. A revised version will show a new date. These Terms do not include arbitration, a governing venue, payment rules, or refund terms because those decisions have not been made for this prelaunch website.
